How are independent contractors paid?
Independent contractors are paid on a 1099 basis, with payments issued via ACH transfer every Thursday night for client-approved hours worked the previous week. A 1099 form will be provided at the end of the year.
What happens when an employer expresses interest in my profile?
When an employer expresses interest in your profile, we’ll contact you directly. You’ll receive full details about the position, and if you’re interested, we’ll answer any questions and help schedule an interview. If it’s not the right fit, simply decline – no pressure.
Do you work with independent contractors based outside the U.S.?
Unfortunately, we are not currently set up to work with independent contractors located outside the United States.
Are the salary and hourly rate expectations on your site firm?
Salary and hourly rate expectations are set by each Workday professional and may be adjusted at their discretion. When a resume inquiry is submitted, project details—including compensation—are shared, and it’s entirely up to the individual to decide whether to proceed.
Do you work with third-party firms?
We do work with third-party firms for the placement of independent Workday consultants. However, our fee remains 20% of the billing rate, and we must be paid net 30. For full-time placements, we only partner directly with companies using Workday Software.
